Must work off belly.

Yesterday I went to the 운동장 and excercised for free.  It was glorious.  I found two things in the corner that looked perfect for setting a squat bar on so I didn’t have to lift it over my head.  It was glorious.  If I go before quitting time, I have the place to myself, which is glorious.  I jogged a lap around the track to warm up.  It was not glorious, oh how I hate jogging, but I survived.

  1. I too hate jogging, but have started doing a half mile at the end of every workout. Started that and doing squats after a month’s hiatus in the same day – was very stiff for the next two. It was glorious.
